OrbitAIQ provides human‑assisted AI resume‑to‑job alignment analyses. We do not offer resume writing, job placement, interview guarantees, or any other outcome promises.
2. Professional Disclaimer
This report is provided for informational purposes only. ORBITAIQ makes no promises of interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. You use our recommendations at your own risk.
3. Payment & Checkout Terms

Digital Service Delivery: All analyses are delivered by email—no physical products.

Final Sale: Because each report is custom‑created for your resume + job description(s), all sales are final once your report is delivered.

Submission Window: You must send your resume and job description(s) within 3 business days of purchase. Delays may extend turnaround time.

4. Return & Correction Policy

No Refunds: Once a report is delivered, purchases are non‑refundable.

Resume Rewrite and Candidate Prep Kit add-ons are final sale once delivered.

Corrections: If you believe there’s an error or omission in your report, email support@orbitaiq.com within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll investigate and provide a corrected analysis at no extra charge.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Preference‑based dissatisfaction (e.g., “I wanted a different layout”)

Misunderstanding of service scope

Late or incomplete resume/job description submissions
5. Subscription Policy
Subscription tiers (Launch, Ascend, Orbit) grant ongoing discount access on all bundles and add‑ons—they do not include report credits. By joining, you agree to:

Monthly auto‑renewal until canceled via My Subscriptions.

Instant site‑wide discounts (10–30 %) on any bundle or expedited option.

No usage tracking; buy what you need, when you need it.

Cancellation stops future billing; no retroactive refunds for past months.

All bundles purchased under your membership must still be submitted within 3 business days.

Expedited services are excluded from subscription discounts.
6. Cancellation Instructions
To cancel your subscription at any time:

You’ll retain active discounts through the end of your current billing period.
7. Turnaround Times & Expedited Add‑On

Standard: 3–5 business days from receipt of materials

Expedited (24 hr): Available at checkout for an additional fee; non‑refundable once triggered. Expedited service timeframes begin only after a complete resume + job description(s) are received.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information, including:

Current resume (PDF, DOCX, or Pages)
-
Targeted job description(s) (link, PDF, or pasted text)
Failure to submit complete materials within the timeframe may delay or cancel your report, with no refund.
9. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content, processes, and methodologies used by OrbitAIQ Group (“OrbitAIQ”) in delivering resume analysis, scoring, and reporting services are proprietary intellectual property.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Analytical frameworks, locked scoring rules, and deterministic alignment logic

Data parsing systems (job description/resume extraction and evidence mapping)

Report skeletons, formatting standards, and tiered alignment frameworks
-
Calculated Fit Metrics, improvement/action recommendations, and turnaround logic

Any derivative works, modifications, or enhancements to the above
Together, these components form the OrbitAIQ AIQ Framework™ (Alignment Intelligence Quotient™). The AIQ Framework™ is considered intellectual property and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or repurposed to create competing services.
Permitted Use:

Reports are licensed for your personal career use.

You may share your report with recruiters, career coaches, or hiring managers directly involved in your job search.
Prohibited Use:

Reselling, redistributing, or publicly posting any OrbitAIQ outputs.

Using OrbitAIQ reports, frameworks, or outputs to build, support, or market competing products or services.
-
Copying, disclosing, or distributing any internal scoring or report-generation methodology.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OrbitAIQ Group. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims under trade secret law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORBITAIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ORBITAIQ’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms or services shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORBITAIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
OrbitAIQ values your privacy and handles your information responsibly. When you use our platform, we collect only the data necessary to deliver your services — including your résumé, job description(s), membership information, and account details. This data is processed securely and used solely to generate your analysis, support your account, and improve your overall platform experience.
OrbitAIQ will never request or require highly sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, banking or credit card details, government ID numbers, medical records, or any protected health information. You should avoid including such information in your résumé or submissions, as it is never necessary for analysis.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your submissions are stored privately within your member dashboard, accessible only to you and authorized OrbitAIQ personnel involved in service delivery. Your résumé and job description data are never made public, and we do not use client submissions to train external AI models.
